Adapt Practice is committed to making this website accessible to as wide a range of visitors as possible, including people who use assistive technology such as screen readers, screen magnification, speech-recognition software or keyboard-only navigation.

3. What we have done

Measures built into this website to support accessibility include:

• A consistent, keyboard-operable header, main navigation and mobile menu across every page, including a visible skip-to-content link;
• Semantic HTML structure, including headings, landmarks and lists, to support navigation by screen reader;
• Visible focus states and support for closing the mobile menu with the keyboard (Esc) as well as by mouse or touch;
• Text alternatives for meaningful icons and images, and aria-hidden applied to purely decorative graphics;
• A colour palette and typography chosen with contrast and readability in mind.

4. Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some parts of this website may not yet be fully accessible. Known or possible limitations include content embedded from third-party services (such as the contact form provider), and areas that have not yet undergone a full manual accessibility audit. We are working to identify and address issues as they are found.
