7. Contact forms and Web3Forms
This website uses Web3Forms, an external service provider, to process contact-form submissions. When you submit the contact form, the information you enter is transmitted to Web3Forms and then forwarded to Adapt Practice by email.
Web3Forms is involved in processing your submission as a service provider and may process related technical information and maintain its own service or security logs as part of providing that service. Web3Forms' published information about submission storage may vary according to the service configuration or plan. Its current product and privacy information should be consulted for the retention period applying to the form service used by this website. Adapt Practice remains responsible for explaining how enquiry data is subsequently used and retained once received, as set out elsewhere in this notice.
8. Google Analytics
Where you give consent, this website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the website. This may include examples such as:
- Pages viewed;
- Approximate geographic area;
- Browser and device category;
- Referring source;
- Session interactions;
- General website-performance and usage information.
Google Analytics is non-essential. Analytics storage is denied by default, and Google Analytics must not store or read analytics cookies before you give consent.
